This agreement even though it does not limit my civilian right to make citizens arrest of persons committing violent felony for police to incarcerate or not at police discretion, I agree however I am warned that I can be civil and or criminally prosecuted for false arrest, that I am only to only observe record and report crimes to police, and to have other witnesses willing to confirm with police and testify with video of such criminal offenses......I agree this establishes my promise to obey all laws, I will never assault or batter anyone regardless of their criminal activity, I can defend myself but otherwise I will never enter into weaponized or physical hand to hand or any other type of combat, while doing civil defense, supporting my CD group or groups, and or while wearing any and all US Civil Defense equipment or gear, copyrighted or not, of US Civil Defense .com or Civil Defense .org in direct connection or not while helping or not, to assist police as directed by actual police officers or not.
